Men’s Mental Health and Support

Why Men’s Mental Health Matters

Men do not always ask for help with their mental health.

  • Older ideas about men say they must always be strong and in control. This is not true.
  • Men can feel sad, worried, or overwhelmed just like anyone else.
  • Sometimes men try to cope using alcohol or drugs.
  • It is always OK to talk about how you feel and ask for help.
